The role of the Sales Team

The main purpose of the sales team is to create new memberships. Dorent will help the sales team close memberships more effectively and get very potential walk-in customers to the club.

Accordig to a survey of  700 fitness club members, more than 30% of the respondents thought that having a rental possibility was extremely important factor while signing the membership contract. The sales team should in every sales meeting bring out the rental possibility.

Each new rental transaction bring a highly potential new customer to your club; they are interested in your services and they are ready to pay for them.

  • The sales team member will receive a weekly mail on mondays, where is listed the amount of rentals ending in the becoming week. The mail also includes a link to Dorent, where the ending rentals are listed with prospect details.
  • In the list you are able to see the users, whose rentals are ending this week. You are also able to search for longer time periods than just current week.

    In addition to the user’s details, you are able to see how long is the current rental period and how many times the user has taken a rental membership in the past.

  • Use the user details to contact the person. Remember to press ”Contacted” and the button is replaced with current date. This ensures the other sales team members do not contact the same person again.
