User interface for service desk

The main purpose for service desk is to offer superior customer service for the members. The purpose of Dorent is to help excelling in customer service by automating processes and offering as simple as possible user interface to help the service desk users to help their members.

Granting access right to rental buyer

USE-CASE: The buyer has purchased a rental offer from your club’s marketplace and now wants to redeem the service.

  • Login to Dorent
  • Enter buyer’s confirmation code, firstname or lastname in the search field.
  • Press ”Search”

  • Select the right person from the list and press ”Show”.

  • Select the proper rental transaction and press ”Redeem”. This will remove the redeem -button and replaces it with the current date.
  • The Tag -textfield can be used to enter any additional information about the rent. This tag can be seen ever since for that buyer or rental transaction is looked at.
  • Check the rental duration and grant access right to the user. Confirm the process for creating access right from your club’s management.

Redeeming the member’s giftcard credits.

USE-CASE: The member has received an email informing him about a successful rental and now he wants to use the credits earned.

  • Search the member by his firstname or lastname and select ”Show”
  • ”OFFERS” shows you all the offers this members has created.
  • ”Credits” shows the active credits that this particular member currently has.
  • Select ”User credits”

  • Enter the amount the member wants to redeem.
  • Select the category for which the credits are used for.
  • Write a description about the usage (optional) and press ”Save”
  • The member will receive an email about the credit deduction and category it was used for. The description is not sent to the customer.
  • Remember to mark the purchase to you cash register or erp -system. This information is used by your accountant.

Sending data needed for offer creation.

  • Search for the member by firstname or lastnameand select ”Show”.
  • In case the member has created and offer before, his information is shown at the top of the page (name, email, telephone number). In order to leave a new offer, this same data should be used in the offer creation.
  • Select ”Send customer data”. This will deliver an email to the customer, which includes all the information required to leave an offer.

  • In case the customer information is not found, the user has not left any offers or he has not been uploaded to Dorent in your club’s member whitelist.
  • Search for the user in the list ”Customers”. In case the name is found, the member use the same information shown in the list.
  • In case the member is not shown in the customer list, he has not been uploaded in Dorent in whitelist. In this case contact your club’s own Dorent contact person.

Editing member information

USE-CASE: The member has given a wrong email and/or phone number while leaving an offer, thus does not receive any mails from Dorent.

  • Search the member by name and press ”Show”.
  • At the customer information press the edit icon.

  • Change the correct member information and press ”save”
  • Return by pressing ”Back to customer” and select icon ”Send customer details”. This will send an emailn containing newly updated, correct customer information.

Removing or editing an offer

USE-CASE: The member does not know how to remove or update his offer

The member removes or edits his offer:

  • Search for user and select right person by pressing ”Show”.
  • In case the user has used ODrent already before, his information is shown at the top of the page (name, email, phone number).
  • Select ”Send customer information icon”. This will send an email to the customer containing a link to his offer, where the offer can be edited or removed.
  • The email contains a link to the offer, where the offer can be edited or removed.

Offer should be removed by the service desk personnel:

  • The service desk can easily remove the offer on behalf of the member.
  • Search for member and press ”Show”
  • Select from ”Offers” the one offer that should be removed.
  • Go to offer and press ”Remove offer”
